Founded in June 2025 in Chuo-ku, Osaka, Towa Construction Co., Ltd. is a full-service design-build firm offering integrated architecture, interior design, soft furnishings, and construction management under one roof.
Guided by our principles of "sincerity" and "devotion", we partner closely with each client to translate their intentions into completed spaces. Our two focuses are custom / luxury / RC homes and hotels & lodging across Osaka and Kansai; we also handle offices, retail, medical and kominka renovation.

A first-class construction manager runs the site, protecting quality, budget, and schedule. After handover, scheduled inspections at year 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 and 24-hour emergency response keep the relationship long-term. Renovation and seismic retrofit also handled.
