Service Pricing
Individual quotation per project. The consideration comprises construction cost (main and ancillary works), design fees, and interior / soft-furnishing fees. Design fees are typically 8–12% of construction cost. The total amount and its breakdown are specified in the estimate and contract.
Additional Costs
Building-permit fees, registration fees, soil-survey fees, stamp duties and other actual expenses are borne separately by the client.
Payment Terms
Generally split into 3–4 installments (contract signing / interim / completion). Settlement by bank transfer or by drawdown of the client's housing loan.
Delivery Timeline
Approx. 4–8 months for design plus 8–18 months for construction after contract signing. Specific timeline is agreed per project and stated in the contract.
Cancellation / Refund
Construction contracts are not subject to general return. Termination is governed by the termination clauses of the construction contract. Termination during the design phase is billed only at the actual cost incurred.
