Flagship hotel project — a 10-story, 1,130 sqm new-build hotel in Naniwa-ku, Shiokusa. Common areas in natural stone tile, a backlit washi panel at the entrance, and wa-modern guest rooms come together as one package of 'authentic Japanese quality' for international guests. The site is 5 minutes' walk from the subway and within instant reach of Namba, Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.
Client's Voice
As a 10-story flagship, we wanted authentic Japanese quality to run consistently through common areas, guest rooms and signage. Natural stone in the common spaces, a backlit washi panel at the entrance, wa-modern guest rooms — having architecture, interior and soft furnishings delivered by one team was the single biggest value. Overseas OTA reviews are averaging 5.0.
