Design Approach
Sister project to the Shiokusa property — a 10-story, 1,050 sqm new-build hotel in Naniwa-ku, Daikokucho. Standard rooms and suites are interleaved to serve both short business trips and longer family stays. Common areas are unified in a restrained Asian modernism; despite the 5-minute walk from Daikokucho subway, the façade and interior preserve a sense of quiet. Together with the Shiokusa hotel, the two anchor opposite poles within central Osaka.

One building had to serve short business stays and long family stays — and hold on to quiet, five minutes from the station.
Approach
Standard rooms and suites mixed by design; calm oriental-modern common areas; facade and interiors engineered for stillness — with operating know-how carried over from the first project, Shiokusa.
Outcome
The property now serves both business and family stays; per the owner it holds a 5.0 on overseas OTAs.
